200BHN Sheets and Plates are low-carbon, abrasion-resistant steel products characterized by a nominal Brinell Hardness Number (BHN) of 200. Typically made from iron with small amounts of carbon (0.15-0.25%), manganese, silicon, and trace alloying elements, these plates are designed to enhance hardness while maintaining ductility. Their mechanical properties include tensile strength between 500–650 MPa, yield strength around 300 MPa, and an elongation of 20%, making them ideal for forming and welding.
